New Delhi: Union Minister Ramdas Athawale on Monday (March 22) wrote a letter to Union Residence Minister Amit Shah demanding the imposition of President’s Rule in Maharashtra.
Citing the continued row in relation to Residence Minister Anil Deshmukh and rising COVID-19 instances within the state, Athawale asserted that the state authorities has failed the individuals of Maharashtra.
“Legislation and order within the state may be very dangerous and uncontrolled and other people of Maharashtra are being uncared for,” Athawale wrote within the letter addressed to Shah.
