Srinagar: India is witnessing the second wave of coronavirus and caseloads are surging in each state. Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha ordered on Thursday (April 8) the imposition of night time curfew within the city areas of eight districts, together with Jammu and Srinagar, to verify the unfold of the hovering coronavirus circumstances.
The night time curfew will come into impact from Friday, the workplace of the Lt governor mentioned.
“Directed the divisional administration to impose corona curfew from 10 pm to six am within the city areas of 8 districts affected by the current COVID spike,” it tweeted.

These districts are Jammu, Udhampur, Kathua, Srinagar, Baramulla, Budgam, Anantnag and Kupwara, it mentioned.
