New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged the voters within the fourth section of the West Bengal election to forged their votes in document numbers on Saturday.
“Because the 4th section of the West Bengal elections start, urging the folks voting at this time to take action in document numbers. I’d particularly request the youth and girls to vote in giant numbers,” the PM stated in a tweet quickly after the polling started.

Voting for 44 constituencies in West Bengal`s fourth section Assembly election 2021 started at 7 am on Saturday amid tight safety.
This section of the elections will witness an intense battle between 373 candidates in 44 constituencies of the state throughout 5 districts – Cooch Behar, Alipurduar, South 24 Parganas, Howrah and Hooghly.
Among the many 44 constituencies, 9 are in Howrah, 10 in Hooghly, 11 in South 24 Parganas, 5 in Alipurduar and 9 in Cooch Behar. A complete of 1,15,81,022 voters will take part on this section, out of which 2,63,016 are first-time voters.
The smallest constituency is Bally with 1,76,001 electorates whereas Chunchura is the most important constituency with 3,13,701 electorates. The fifth section of the meeting elections will start on April 17. The counting of votes will happen on Could 2.
